Hi experts,
We have several SQL Server 2016 Enterprise instances we plan to migrate to 2017.
We have only a few SSIS packages and a couple of linked servers..
Without getting into too many details, is this a fairly easy upgrade?

Depends...but nothing that cannot be done with good planning and testing. Might also be a good time to consolidate servers.
