Hi I have a pacakge with change initialise change processing task and finalise change processing task in ssis 2008 control flow but its getting failed while upgrading to 2012 ssis with error,those components cannot be upgraded,please let me know how to get those components in SSIS 2012 control flow tasks

SQL Server provides the package upgrade wizard. You can upgrade the packages; which are in earlier versions of Integration Services to the latest versions of Integration Services. Here this link may help yours.
