the error is : Cannot alter the database 'tempdb' because it is a system database.
how i can change tempdb collation?

I Found Solve : change collation to : "Arabic_CI_AS"
1- Stop : SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) from windows services
2- rum cmd as administrator
3- c:\windows\system32> cd "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL15.MOFSERVER\MSSQL\Binn"
4- C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL15.MOFSERVER\MSSQL\Binn>sqlservr -m -t4022 -t3659 -s"MSSQLServer" -q"Arabic_CI_AS"
5- Start : SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) from windows services
