I installed SSRS on my data server. I am using third party tool called HighJump One.

I get a following error:

Configure SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and make available

Please help.

Have you checked to see if the ssrs service is up and running

Yes I did. the issue is with the Third Party software called HighJump.

Then you should reach out to the vendor of that tool. How dOes it integrate with SSRS?

Is this a new install or either software?
Does the HighJump service account have permission to access ssrs etc

Hi Yosiasz, I did reach out to the vend and yest HJ does have permission.

I will let you know when I hear back.
