SSRS "Export" button greyed out for users

Hello,

I am able to click on the Export button when using the self-service Report Manager UI. When other users attempt to do the same, the Export button is greyed out and not able to be selected. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this may be the case and how to fix it?

I've sometimes found that browser-based tools like SSRS sometimes need to run as Administrator. If they haven't already tried it, as them to run the browser as Administrator, and see if it works.
