Ssrs 2008 report(s) not printing entirely one one page

In an existing ssrs 2008 report, I am making changes to 3 of the 18 subreports. I am changing what is displayed on 3 of the reports so the length those subreports can change. Now when I run the main report and export the reports to PDF doucments, some of the reports do not appear entirely on the same page. Some of the reports are split between different pages.
Thus can you tell me what I can do to get each report to appear on separate pages?
Thus do I,

  1. Change the main report? If so, what should I do to solve the problem?
  2. Change the subreports (the ones that I modified)? If so, can you tell me what I should do the solbe this problem?

you can select a row in the report, right click and select tablix properties
go to general tab and select page break after, before or keep page together.
