SQL services start error

I am not able to start SQL server 2008 R2 service after Windows server reboot. (while patching system got blue screen and resolved issue with help of Microsoft) I cross checked few methods like disabled VIA protocol and password permissions changes or not still it didn't start I haven't see any differences. I tried using all options(local system, local server, network service) for login, but still nothing happened. I have tried to change DWORD Value to 180000, after server restart still I am facing issues while start SQL services.

Below is the error:
"The request failed or the service did not respond in a timely fashion. Consult the event log or other applicable error logs for details."

Please provide suggestions and resolution steps.

What does the event log show for the reason the service won't start?

SQL Server could not spawn FRunCM thread.

disable the VIA protocol in sql server configuration manager

Thanks Clark, I did it, but no luck. Still I faced the same error.
