Sql server query to decrypted the encrypted value using aes ecb with key for generate audit report

my secret key is ]Óõ{™èo«ä-|Å‡êØ

encrypted value in the table is FSVŠ¨ÅÛÄ¤vÜ“{~ë:å3²_®R]>ð¿ÅÑë

decry pt the encrypted value using aes ecb with key and output has to be 0620000000001200170

encryption is done in application level using aes ecb mode with same key.
please help me out.
