SQL Server OLAP usage tutorial for beginners, w/o prep steps? Similarly DM

I teach a DBMS + BI course to non-CS (business) students, using SQL Server. To illustrate OLAP I use the nice interactive online demo at olaponline.radar-soft.com.

  1. Is there a simple tutorial for SQL Server that is similar? Prepackaged, illustrating how to use (interact with) OLAP, w/o requiring any prep steps, such as building the cube. See the link above for example.
    Everything I've seen so far is too complicated and requires many preparation steps before interacting with the model/cube.

  2. Same question wrt to Data Mining algorithms, again allowing students to visualize and interact, w/o any prep steps.

  3. Alternatively can you recommend other online tools / demos?
