SQL Server is unable to setup on Windows Server 2008R2 SP1?!

Hi, I met an SQL Server installation problem.

I put the setup program of SQL Server 2008R2 Express on my customer's server, but on this Windows Server, I only saw 2 items like this:

On this server, SQL Server 2008R2 Express is not able to be installed.

The customer's server is Windows Server 2008R2 Enterprise SP1.

It is strange that the SQL Server is not able to setup on this server.

Anyone knows what is the reason & solution?

what happens when you accept the terms and click Next?are you getting some error???

No error, but SQL Server 2008R2 Express is not installed at all.

A normal setup startup UI should look like this:

But on customer's server, the items is not completed list at all, it has ONLY 2 items.
