SQL server failure

Error: 9003, Severity: 20, State: 1. This error comes up after power failure on server. what can I do to start the SQL server.

This error mainly occurs while establishing a connection to the server. Data corruption, Inconsistency or replication issue among MDF & LDF could be the reason of getting SQL server error 9003.
