Sql server Alert

Hi,

I am new to Database administration and need help to setup a Sql server Alert. There are processes which runs in mid night and sometimes they make the processor utilization full and the application becomes inaccessible. So I need to create alert if the processor utilization is higher , Sql server should send me an email.
