Sql server 2019 CU8 latest update error with Scalar Inling ON

getting error 'The column prefix 'DT-1' does not match with a table name or alias name used in the query' when Scalar Inling is set ON. And always Try again works without any error.

But Queries run without error when Scalar Inling is Set OFF

Is this a known issue with sql 2019 latest update?

Microsoft has just released CU9 and claim to have fixed this issue. KB4538581
They claimed the same in CU7, though.
