SQL Server 2017 Installation

Hello everyone, I would glad to your help.

i want to install SQL Server 2017 on my machine, i enter to "SQL Server installation server", and follow with the software instructions.

When I get to choose whether to install a new installation or add features to an existing Instance, I find that I have seven different instances, even though I don't have any SQL Server on the computer(see attach file).

Maybe a few years ago I installed SQL server, but I already deleted everything, and checked the Control panel and saw that there is no SQL Server installation.

The main problem is that because of this, I can't install SQL Server because the Wizard thinks that the main MSSQLSERVER already exists, even though it doesn't exist .

What should i do?

Tanks

hope these links help
