SQL restarted unexpectedly

Hi One of our SQL 2014 database server rebooted unexpectedly. SQL logs does not provide much information. I found below application error in windows logs. any one has idea on this?

Are you on the latest service pack? If not, install it as they include thousands of bug fixes. If you are, you'll likely need to open a case with Microsoft to figure out what happened.

Yes we are on latest SP.
Our network admin figured this out- there is a OS hotfix to fix nttdll issue.
