Select Debit Order Increases Per Month

Hi, I need help with code please (I'm a beginner)

I want to select members who increased their voluntary debit order month on month.

These are the columns in question. I need to show the client which of their members increased their voluntary debit order collections in let's say the month of October 2016. Can this be done?
