Restore in SQL2019 a backup created in SQL2000

Records from a table in SQL2019 are missing prior to 2004, I found backups created in SQL2000.

I tried to installed SQL2000 in my computer Windows 11, however I am getting errors such as:

The ordinal 1 couldn't be located in the dynamic link....

I think SQL2000 will restore into SQL2008 which you can then backup and restore into SQL2019. You could try creating a temporary VM with the following evaluation editions. I seem to remember the evaluation editions played havoc with the registry hence the recommendation to use a temporary VM.
