I have lost my SQL Server database password of master.mdf file, so please someone help me how can we reset the password of master.mdf file. If any manual method is to do this please share ASAP.

I am guessing that you mean the SQL Server password. You could try using the DAC connection. Be sure to login as a system admin user and to launch the SSMS and/or command windows As Administrator.
