I can't add sp_addlinkedserver at Azure SQL to querying the Azure AD User Principle Name as below article:-

Anyone, have the solution for Azure SQl Database Query to querying the Azure AD user principle name?
Please advise.

You could try using POWERSHELL ... windows scripting ...

Yes powershell is windows based
