Hi ALL
I am a beginner in the SQL program, and I had a problem with the connecting from a device via the Internet and that was after I inserted the public IP and user name and the password , and I did the following before:
1- Opening the new port in the router 1433 dedicated to the program
2- Activate the server's TCP/IP
3- make New rule from inbound rules worked on the firewall and set its settings to port number 1433

Can you ping that ip address from the outside? you say it is exposed to internet? hope what you posted is not the real ip address.
