Problem when setup SQL Server

During the installation I come to the step of configuring the database engine. It leads to the following error message:
"
System administrator account missing. To continue, specify at least one Windows account to configure with SQL * Server system administrator access privileges.
"
Or I only have one user on my windows 10 and he is already administrator. If it concerns the administration of the SQL server, how to add an administrator if the SQL server is not yet installed?

thank you

You can add your currently logged in user during setup.
Add current user when it asks to add SQL server administrator.

I cannot, there is absolutely nothing in the list of potential administrators.

Are you sure, the user with which you are performing the setup is local admin on the machine?
Can you select Mixed mode and see, if that comes up?
Try to run the setup> runas administrator
