Please find the attached file. Based on the column 'Response_status_code' I need to get the highlighted column 'TrackerID'. Please help
As a table is an unordered set, and there is nothing unique to order Response on, this cannot be done. (ie A table is not a list so there is no default order.) Do you have an id PK to give the list order etc?
