Online registration issue

So I'm trying to sign myself up for something

And I cannot get past the registration page and end up on this blank page with the error as shown in the pic

I've tried multiple times and changed the username and password fields but no luck

Can some please help me with this issue

We have no idea what error is that and where it comes from. By the way SQL Team is about question on SQL Server, whatever issue you are facing might not necessary be related to SQL Server
