Need fool proof way to determine if instance is EXPRESS Edition

Hi experts,
I have what appears to be an Express edition, based on the query I ran.
BUT the Agent service is present though not running, and it will not start.
Does 2019 Express create the agent service during the install?

SELECT SERVERPROPERTY('Edition')

Thanks, @ScottPletcher It is the Express Edition and there are no other instances on the server.
I didn't realize that the Agent service is installed even on Express instances.
(Of course, the Agent service will not start)
