Tara's AVATAR (at the bottom of Graz's original post, not next to her replies) is showing as No Image here
I did a Drag & Drop of my screenshot here - if that works its a great feature

Image upload worked really well ... I like that 
Just one thought. It looks a bit hard, to my dyslex eye, to see where my images starts & stops and where the text does ... perhaps Border or Background for the image to "set it off" ?
