If I am given several access databases which need to be migrated to sql server, what are the questions to ask the persons requested this?

One thing I can think of is, do they want any queries converted to stored procedures. What is the front end they will use to access the data?
There might also be questions about precision as Access is a little loose with their numerics.
Oh, by the way if you use Microsoft conversion watch for column definitions not being what they should be. I am still fighting a zip code that is a float.
