Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18 Does not browse .bak

Hi Experts ,
I have installed sqlserver2017 standard edition and install Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18 because by default installation i didn't find Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio .
The issue i am facing when i trying to restore the .bak file from directory unable to browse can see in screenshot in database folder( have two more folders but unable to browse) where .bak file is placed. I already tried to put the .bak file on desktop and try to restore but didnot find it.

Can you move the .bak files to the default backup folder and try.

Find a way to solve the issue the Sqlserver2017 services was running under NT services by changing the logon to administrator and restart the services able to browse the .bak files
