HOW TO DEFINE RELATION FOR MANAGER_ID IN EMPLOYEES TABLE AND DEPARTMENTS TABLE.
The MANAGER_ID in DEPARTMENTS is also the EMPLOYEE_ID (in EMPLOYEES) - so we know who the Manager is for the department.
Each record in EMPLOYEES also has a MANAGER_ID - that is the Manager for that particular Employee. Presumable the boss, at the top of the company, will have EMPLOYEES.MANAGER_ID = NULL
