When installing SQL 2022, it prompts or a license question.
Do you have Software Assurance or Individual SQL Server Licenses?
If I choose the wrong option, can I change it later without uninstalling/reinstalling?
I don't know off the top of my head, but if you have, or plan to get, Software Assurance, I believe you would incorporate or replace your SQL Server licenses. I don't think you need to re-enter or re-install anything.

As always with Microsoft licensing, it's best to reach out to them and ask. Typically, Software Assurance is a company-wide decision, it wouldn't be a decision or question for a DBA to make or answer.
