[1] that depends on the person. I prefer books / written material, for which Itzik Ben-Gans books are truly superb. If you prefer videos, there are lots out there, some taking far longer than others.
[2] Subquery and dynamic are not directly related, they are two different things. Perhaps you meant "correlated". A subquery can be correlated, but does not have to be.
