Last time index was re-org or rebuilt?

i'm unable to find such script online. i found some that had last stats updated but it's not the same thing i'm looking for.

any ideas/suggestions? thx

Index structure manipulation dates are not maintained in SQL Server's system views. You'd have to capture them via extended events, event notifications, or DDL triggers and log them somewhere.
