I am trying to install KB4087371 to a SQL Server 2014 environment, running Windows Server 2012R2. I get the following error when attempting to install,
.... requires a member of the Visual Studio 2015 family to be present or is blocked by another condition on your computer.”
Has anyone seen this error before? My existing server has SQL Data Tools 2015 currently installed with packaged developed and deployed to the SQL 2014 server. Based on this, I am assuming my issue is related to the second part of the error (blocked by another condition).
