Is there a profile i can create and assign it to an sql login id and also on a windows domain account

Hi all,
just need some confirmation, can i create a profile for a sql login id and also on a domain accounts?
For oracle one is able to do that. in terms of assigning a profile to one or more accounts to manage its database resources limit. Can i do that in sql server? Kindly advice.
