Installed VS 2017 Community but Cant Create Reporting Services Project

Hi experts,
I have installed SQL 2017 and IS and RS. Next installed Visual Studio Community 2017.

** But when I start Visual Studio and choose New Project - I don't see a way of specifying the TYPE of project - Integration Services or Reporting Services.
Did I install components in the wrong order or am I overlooking something?

Also look for SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) project libraries. I don't know if they're maintained/updated for 2019 but they were valid for SQL Server versions through 2016.
