How to Refresh all tables only From PRD to Test database

I wanted to know is there a way to refresh data only from Production to Test?

I have SQL server 2012.

By "data only", I assume you meant that you don't want to backup and restore the database to the test environment. You can use import/export wizard to export data from the production tables to the dev environment.
