How to make a temporary table a permanent table in phpMyAdmin

So, I was able to take a row within the users table called name and add it to the my table called comments the problem is that when i refresh that temporary table it is gone.

I don't want create a permanent table because i won't be able to keep the data from the temporary table. I just wan't to know is there a way to make a temporary table a permanent one. P.S (sorry i was not clear on the first post)
