How can i start MySQL after download? I have many folders with files

Hi,

I want to learn SQL and i have downloaded MySQL on my pc. In program files, i have a map MySQL with 6 folders: Connector J8.0, connector net 8.0, connector ODBC 8.0, MYSQL installer for Windows, MySQL Router 8.0 and MySql Server 5.7. All these folders conmtain many files. Which file do i have to click to start the program?

for MySQL many people use MySQL WorkBench or my sql client client
