The below features were present in SQL Server 2019 but removed in SQL Server 2022 ,How do I install the below features in SQL Server 2022
Client Tools Connectivity
– Client Tools Backwards Compatibility
– Client Tools SDK
– SQL Client Connectivity SDK
They've been moved to separate installation packages. I'm not sure which one has them, but found these links while searching:

Some of the links in there take you to the new landing pages for the separated components. Once you browse to them, check the side panel on the left for more links to SQL Server components. If you can't find them in the links I posted, you can probably find them in the side panel.
