Exporting data via SP to a PDF document

i have a SP that extracts data from a table which i need to add to an existing PDF template.

Essentially its a persons name, address and sales order details that i need to add to an existing PDF form template (invoice) and then email off for them to sign. Is there are tool or widget i could use to do this easily.

can this be triggered from within the SP?
