Is there any way that I can reduce the execution time of the below sql, It takes more than 2 minutes and I have used all possible keys.

Add SET STATISTICS IO ON; SET STATISTICS TIME ON; to your query (above it) and show us the output of that.

If ORD or one of the other tables is huge, you could use a temp table or table variable to pre-stage just the columns you need. If you can incorporate any filtering in the pre-stage process, even better. (When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail)

How many rows does it return (approx)?

If the answer is "lots" then it might be the time to physically transfer the rows (e.g. to your PC), rather than the time to "find" them.

But when you post the answer to Tara's question we'll know if it looks like you have caught "all possible keys" ... or not ...

Can you provide the table definitions, index definitions and row counts?

The ORD table appears to be the most critical one. How is the ORD table clustered? Can you list the sys.dm_db_index_usage_stats rows for the ORD table?

Thanks every one, just finishing up some things here

Here is it Tara

Excuse my bold letters , (dont know how it came)

Show us the indexes for CV3Order. You said you've added all possible keys, but your statistics IO output shows otherwise. Also, show us the execution plan.

I do not have access to execute show plan in production, cant do it

None of those indexes are useful to the query we're working on.

How many total months of data are in the ORD table?

Can you run the script below and post the results, with results in columns not in text? My guess is the table would be much better clustered on CreatedWhen, but I can't be sure without much more index info. There's certainly a better clustering key available than the one it has now!
