When I run report in any browser I have an empty page at the end. Respectively, when I`m doing export in the Word I have an empty page at the end too. How can I fix this problem?

It's hard to say without the actuall report. If you have a tablix you have an option to add a pagebreak after. Another option is that you shouldn't have any page space after your tablix, so have the tablix at the absolute bottom of the page.
