The transaction log for database DB Name' is full. To find out why space in the log cannot be reused, see the log_reuse_wait_desc column in sys.databases

when i query in sys.databases it says "REPLICATION"

Can someone help me on this to resolve.

Is the database being replicated? Also, is the transaction log being backed up on a regular basis?
