Database Mirroring in Azure 2019

Hi experts,
I know Database Mirroring has been a deprecated feature for a while. But I want
to ask if it can still be used in SQL Server 2019 on Azure. (SQL Server on Azure VM, specifically)

Yes, but only in Enterprise Edition.

And you can't have readable secondaries with it.
