Data driven subscription is leaving out records

Hello,
I have a report that generates a file on a data driven subscription. It works fine and exports as a CSV. However, there are records missing. I ran the stored procedure that drives the report and I can see that the data is in the result set.

Does anyone know why some data would not show in the created file?

I am using SSRS 2014.

hard to say. Could be filtered in the report itself
