How to convert the USD value to any currency based current currency rate in ssrs report?
The snarky answer would be to say "multiply (or divide) by the FX rate". But I think you are asking more than that. The answer would depend on where you have the FX rate, and where you have the USD value. For example, let us assume that the USD value is a user-supplied parameter, and the FX rates are in a dataset that you retrieve from a database. Then you would display a table with the currency name, FX rate, and the Parameter value mutliplied by the FX rate.
