CSV files with 12 columns, the last 3 columns have all NULL value

Good Morning

Honestly, I do not have any background of SQL but I really don't have choice but to use this as I have a 117 Million rows of CSV file (June2015 to Aug2016).

I'm using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio where I imported my flat source file, apparently when the import was finished, the LAST 3 COLUMNS are all NULL values. I tried to check if there are any values on each column and there is.

I hope someone could help me with this one.

Please post (Script, screenshots, whatever you have) how you did the import.
