Connection manager OfflineMode property is TRUE

Hi,

I am using SSIS 2014 and below is error details

The connection manager "Text File (Source)" will not acquire a connection because the connection manager OfflineMode property is TRUE

I am calling 4 packages in single package and getting error in one of package, And I already uncheck OfflineMode and save it but when I execute again it will give that same error again. Please let me know the solution.
