I need to confirm on SSRS hardware requirement
Speed - 3GHz, Processor - 32 bit Xeon CPU & RAM - 4GB

Concurrent Users < 150 and Approximate Number of CPUs 1
Concurrent Users < 700 and Approximate Number of CPUs 2
Concurrent Users 700 > < 2,000 and Approximate Number of CPUs 4-8
Concurrent Users 2,000 > < 4,000 and Approximate Number of CPUs 8-16

why 32-bit? Also, I'd go for (much) more RAM
