Clustered Indexes are not coping in Azure replication DB

I have an on-prem SQL server database in Microsoft SQL Server 2019 (RTM-CU19) Standard Edition.

I have a transaction replication setup from on-prem to Azure DB. Coping clustered index option is enabled in replication article properties.

But still there is no clustered index in Azure replication DB.

Does anyone has any clue why there is missing clustered index in replication DB?

Have you synchronized the initial snapshot to the Azure instance?

Yes synced with a new snapshot. Still clustered index is missing in Azure instance.
