Changing database collation

I have changed database collation via database properties to Latin1_General_Bin it was created by mistaken and had a different collation such as Latin1_General_Bin_100.

After making this change in DB properties when I open the tables in design I still see the old collation on Varchar Fields? Number fields are set to database default but not the varchar. They still showing the old collation.

Is there a way to change this collation?

I get the following error when I changing collation to db default after I press to save the table.
